You see, I haven’t always been the calm and confident Stephanie you see in front of you today. Anxiety used to be
an unwelcome guest in my daily life. I knew something needed to change, but it became all too apparent that I couldn’t wait to deal with it anymore when I lost it on a bag of unsuspecting Cheetos. Oh yeah, that’s right. I pulverized each one of those tasty morsels of crunchy amazingness into obliterated cheese dust.
