The world has changed. Living in the time of COVID-19 led me to realize that the knowledge  and wisdom I have gathered over the past 25 years or a lifetime can help so many people.  


I literally wrote the book on how to overcome anxiety: Goodbye Anxiety, Hello Freedom. I knew that “one size fits all” would not work for me, or anyone else for that matter, so it's filled with 35 simple ways to calm stress, fear and anxiety.


When Coronavirus began spreading the globe, I created a new webinar "Resilience in Challenging Times" to help teach as  many people as possible some of the simple techniques in my book.


The way to help the most people is to teach these techniques to large groups of people who are in a position to impact many. 

 

When leaders are calm, the people they lead are calm. 

 

Imagine if a stressed out leader took 5 minutes to re-set before bringing their teams to implementation. It trickles down.

I have done  extensive training programs and certifications in Hypnosis, Emotional Freedom Technique/Tapping, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, reiki, yoga and more.


Years of learning validated that simple shifts are truly what create lasting changes, which is why I focus on uncomplicated techniques that can easily fit into anyone’s daily routine.  Most are simple enough to teach children.
