Stephanie conducted her stress management program remotely with my team at the height of the pandemic in New York. Our social workers and other staff were overwhelmed with the demands of juggling clients, family,and how to work remotely during a very challenging time. Staff found the program to help them develop their resiliency skills and obtained easy to do practical exercises for reducing stress. We will certainly ask her back!
