I bring a fresh approach. I combine hypnosis with simple, practical, and science-based skills that can be learned, practiced, and easily incorporated into daily life.

Many of the techniques I share are from my book “Goodbye Anxiety, Hello Freedom.” These skills are simple enough to teach a 6-year-old and are office space appropriate.

As a former celebrity radio DJ (you might remember me as DJ “Stevie Knox,” the very first automated voice back in the 1980s), I have a unique set of skills that help me be an effective virtual presenter. There is an art to communicating without being able to “see” your audience. I can capture and hold and hold an audience’s attention,, and bring together your far-flung team, online.
