Because of what they've seen on TV and in the movies about hypnosis, some people think it's "One and Done." But you wouldn't expect to go to a therapist only one time, or go to the gym only one time and expect to get massive results.
True, with hypnosis, we get results a lot faster than some other modalities and can often get incredible results in just one session. However, like most things, true transformation doesn't happen without repetition. We need to reinforce the changes and new behaviors, installing the new "YOU" at the deepest of levels.

Most popular option
Five one-hour hypnosis coaching sessions every week and a half over three months. Includes email check-ins.
Two sessions a month, with email check-ins, and text support.
If you're not sure that this is right for you, and if you want to just "dip your toe in", you are welcome to book just one session. When you are thrilled with your results, you are welcome to move into another program at the end of the session and your initial fee will be applied.
