Here are a few simple things you can do to realign and rebalance your energy again …
1. Be mindful of what you are feeding your body!
Are you taking a high quality daily supplement and eating as clean and organic as possible? Unprocessed, low sugar, good fat foods are your friends! Think seasonal fruits and veggies, whole grains and lean proteins!
2. Spend some time outside in the sunshine!
Your body CRAVES sunshine and fresh air! Give it what it wants!! Temperatures permitting, why not walk barefoot in the grass allowing the soles of your feet to have full contact with the earth? Very balancing and restorative!!
3. Consciously create ALONE time!
Sit quietly and be with what’s most present for you at the moment. Listen closely to your heart and soul. Be aware that you may get present to some things that need to be changed – this is a wonderful opportunity for you to empower yourself by taking responsibility for changing them!
4. Rather than blaming yourself (or someone else) take ownership of the things that aren’t working well in your life!
Blaming keeps you stuck spinning your wheels and getting no where in a hurry! Taking responsibility for things sets you FREE to move forward POWERFULLY!! Taking responsibility allows your innate creativity to kick in and find solutions that are a better fit for you and where you are at in life right now.
An important key to effectively taking responsibility, is to watch your language – HOW you speak about yourself and others during this process is SOOO important. No bashing, no putting anyone (yourself included) down, no name calling, no derogatory comments! The language you use is POWERFUL – it can heal and inspire or it can beat down and harm. Allow yourself and others to grow and shine!
5. What do you REALLY want?
When was the last time you gave some serious thought to what you REALLY want your life to look like? What would you be doing in your every day, perfect life? How would that make you feel? Who would be there with you? Where would you be? What kind of work would you be doing? How much money would you be earning? How would you be helping others?
It might be a good time to dust off and revisit those dreams you put on hold a long time ago! You CAN create this yummy life for yourself – it’s a process that starts on the inside and manifests on the outside – one thought, one step, one positive action at a time! And it all starts with getting clear about what you REALLY want!
