TMJ Relief with Hypnosis

When it comes to TMJ relief, there are many options.

TMJ is painful. One dentist shared earlier this year in the New York Times: “I’ve seen more tooth fractures in the last six weeks than in the previous six years.” Stress and anxiety levels have exploded during the pandemic and many people clench their jaws when they are stressed or anxious.

Some of the most popular options for TMJ relief include over-the-counter medications, prescription drugs, and medical procedures. However, these can be expensive and come with side effects that may not be appealing for some people. That is why I want to share with you a different  option that has proven to successfully relieve TMJ pain without any negative consequences!

The option I am speaking of is hypnosis. Over the past 17 years, I have worked with many people to find TMJ relief. I work with people to find simple ways to lower their stress and anxiety and to do the healing work around underlying causes.

Hypnosis is not like what you see on TV and in the movies.  It is at its simplest a “focused state of awareness.” We have all been in a state of hypnosis. If you have ever driven to a destination and not remembered the drive,  you have experienced “highway hypnosis.” During the drive, your conscious mind was off somewhere else and thankfully your subconscious mind had you safely driving.

In hypnosis, just like the above mentioned, YOU are in the driver’s seat. You are in control at all times. I am simply giving you the suggestions that will help you find TMJ relief.

Hypnosis for TMJ relief can help you:

• Avoid the cost of expensive treatments

• Get relief without any side effects

• Relieve your pain without any side effects

• Feel confident that you are living healthier and more comfortably
